Do I have to be going through perimenopause?
Not at all. Nutricore Health works with women 35 and above — whether perimenopause is relevant to you or not. The five-pillar approach applies to anyone who wants to feel better, has more energy, sleeps properly, and has a plan that fits real life. Perimenopause is one context, not a requirement.
What's the difference between Marie and Helen?
Both are registered naturopathic health coaches, qualified through the College of Naturopathic Medicine, and both programmes include the same clinical support from Marie — supplement review, private test facilitation where needed, and full clinical oversight throughout. The difference is who delivers your 1:1 sessions. Helen works with you directly on a fortnightly basis, with Marie working behind the scenes on the clinical side. Working with Helen is genuinely great value — you get the full Nutricore clinical resource at a lower price point. Marie takes a small number of her own clients directly alongside her clinical and business development work, so her availability is limited. Not sure which suits you? I've tried things like this before and they haven't worked. Why would this be different?
Fair question. The honest answer is that most programmes fail because they're built around what worked for someone else, not you. The Nutricore approach starts with your health intake — a proper look at your history, your habits, and your life — before any recommendations are made. There's no fixed script. Your coach follows your priorities, not a syllabus. If you've done generic before and it didn't stick, that's a reasonable reason to try something built around you.
How much time will this take each week?
One 30-minute call every two weeks, plus a short weekly check-in that takes a few minutes to complete. The work itself — the habit changes, the small shifts — is built around your actual schedule. This is not a programme that adds to your to-do list. It's designed to work with the life you already have.
Will I be told what to eat or given a meal plan?
No rigid meal plans. Nutricore Health is food-first, not restrictive. You'll get practical, evidence-informed nutrition guidance — recipe suggestions, food strategies, and support around the way you actually eat. Nothing is off the table. The goal is a relationship with food that works for your hormones, your gut, and your life. Not a diet with an end date.
Are supplements part of the programme?
Food comes first — always. That said, Marie reviews your supplement status and current stack as part of every coaching programme, regardless of which coach delivers your sessions. If there are gaps or anything that isn't serving you, that gets addressed. Where private testing is relevant, Marie can facilitate and analyse that too. Clients on all programmes have access to a discounted dispensary for high-quality products at better-than-retail prices. Nothing is pushed. Everything is considered in the context of your full picture.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
The final session is a proper review — outcomes assessed, progress acknowledged, next steps discussed. Some clients are ready to continue independently. Others choose to continue with ad hoc check-ins or a lighter continuation package. There's no pressure either way. The goal is that by week 12, you have the knowledge and habits to keep going on your own — with the option of support whenever you want it.
